JAMMU & KASHMIR Mirwaiz expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of G.N Shah | KNO Published 339 weeks ago on October 25, 2017 By KashmirNewsObserver The patron of Mutahida Majlis Ulama and APHC Chairman Mirwaiz Dr Molvi Muhammad Umar Farooq has expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of Kashmir based trader and famous Naat Khawan Jinab G. N Shah of Aali Masjid Srinagar. In his condolence, Mirwaiz termed the deceased a noble soul who had a high moral character and generosity. Mirwaiz while extending his sympathies to the bereaved family called Faisal Shah the son of the deceased over phone and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and forbearance to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss. Meanwhile, a delegation led by M S Rehman Shamas visited the bereaved family at Ali Masjid Eidgah to condole the sad demise with the bereaved family. Besides shedding light on the philosophy of life and death the delegation on the occasion while recalling the G. N Shah’s contribution said that deceased used to enlighten the audiences via Quranic verses translated by Mufasir-e-Quran Mirwaiz Moulana Yousuf Shah Sahib.
