NCC higher authorities going to shift the NCC 2 J&K company headquarter located in Bhaderwah to Batote and in this connection Commnading officer of NCC had also written a letter of relocation of headquarter and seek accommodation and infrastructure from local administration of Batote in Ramban district . Believe it or not but it is a bitter truth that Govt Post Graduate Degree College Bhaderwah was established in 1954 and is first degree college of Jammu region. Not only this before the year 2005 this was a lonely degree college in erstwhile Doda district where students from Kishtwar , Banihal , Doda , Ramban , Batote , Bhalessa and other parts of the area received higher education . When in 1954 Govt Degree College was established at Bhaderwah at that time keeping in view the merit of the area central government in collaboration with state government opened National Credit Crops NCC headquarter in the Bhaderwah which serve the all educational institutions of the Chenab valley . But now it is very unfortunate that Govt orders shifting of NCC headquarter from Bhaderwah to Batote which is condemnable and unacceptable . It is the history of Bhaderwah after the Independence of the country that Bhaderwah always remained looser due to criminal silence of some people who remained at the helm of the affairs and this was also a reason that Teachers training school was shifted from Bhaderwah , Assistant Fisheries Deputy Director office was shifted , Xen PDD office was shifted , Cultural Academy office was shifted , JTO BSNL office was shifted and many more important departments were also shifted and now NCC 2nd company headquarter is being shifted to Batote and Commanding Officer NCC had also issued a order . In the past Bhaderwah had bitter experience that whenever govt took any anti Bhaderwah decision then they also made hundreds of excuses for that and now it is high time for NCC higher authorities to revoke the order of relocation of headquarter as soon as possible.
