Ganderbal police has recovered a minor girl who was kidnapped on 1st of November in Arch area.
One person (name withheld) reported in Police Station Ganderbal that his daughter (name withheld) about 17 years old has been kidnapped. On receipt of this information, investigation was set into motion.
During investigation, the girl was recovered from the possession of Ishfaq Ahmad Khan son of Gulam Mohammad Khan resident of Arhama Ganderbal. The accused was arrested and after legal formalities, the girl was handed over to her parents.
A case FIR number 236/17 under section 363 stands registered in Police Station Ganderbal.
