Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today. Prof. Mattoo discussed with the Governor several issues relating to the advancement of the education sector, particularly focusing on the Knowledge Initiative of which Advisor Mattoo is the Chairman, which has been constituted recently by the State Government with the objective of Empowering J&K's Youth in a global Knowledge Society.
