Police Public meet held at Police Station Beerwah | KNO

Continuing its efforts to strengthen the Police Public relation a PCPG meeting was today held at Police Station Beerwah under the command of Dr. Shammi Kumar DySP(P) SHO Police Station Beerwah. A large number of respectable citizens of Wanihama, Check Dewan, Ohangam, Mirpora, Arwah and Rathsun areas participated in the said meet. The main issues raised by general public were regarding scarcity of drinking water, electricity, improper supply of ration, and excessive fare charged by sumo drivers in their area. Besides, a demand for bus service for school children was also raised by the participants. The grievances of all the participants were heared patiently and were assured that their genuine grievances will be communicated to the concerned departments for their early redressal. The people of the area applauded the role of police in holding such meets.
