Update : LeT Commader Shakoor Killed in Qazigund Gunfight : Report | KNO

One Militant identified as Shakoor Ahmad Dar, a resident of Sopat Village in Kulgam District of South Kashmir. Official Sources confirmed that Shakoor Ahmed Dar whose photo with RPG had recently gone viral on Social Networking had joined Militancy in 2016 post the Killing of Burhan Wani. Shakoor reportedly was promoted as the District Commander of Lashkar e Taiba for Kulgam District. Shakoor as per officials was killed in the initial gunfight, officials told The Kashmiriyat. Meanwhile two militants have been injured in the gunfight and have managed to escape to the nearby forest. The Government forces are following the injured militants into the Forest.
