JKLF Organised Blood Bank In Memory Of 'Aali Kadal Martyrs' | KNO

Srinagar 20th November2017 (KNO) : Glorious history written by Shaheed-I- Hurriyat sheikh Abdul Hameed and martyrs like him, by their sacred blood, is our precious treasure. Kashmiris are indebted to these great martyrs and no one can ever forget their sacrifices. As custodians of these sacrifices it is our duty to continue the sacred struggle for freedom till the achievement of the cherished goal. This was stated by the leaders of JKLF during a blood donation camp held in memory of Shaheed-I-Hurriyat Sheikh Abdul Hamid and other Shuhada-I-Aali Kadal. Blood donation camp which was held to recall the struggle and sacrifices of gallantry martyrs Shaheed I Hurriyat sheikh Abdul Hamid ,Shaheed Mushtaq Ahmad Lone, Shaheed Advocate Jamil Chowdhry, Shaheed Fayaz Ahmad Sheikh, Shaheed Mushtaq Ahmad Kottay, Shaheed Mustaq Ahmad khan and Shaheed Ghulam Mohammad who embraced martyrdom at Aali Kadal Srinagar on 19th Nov 1992 was today held at Hameed blood bank Abi Guzar. Hundreds of people from all walks of life participated in the blood camp. On the occasion dozens of people including intellectuals, writers, students and businessmen along with JKLF leaders and activists donated their blood for the betterment and welfare of the humanity.

While recalling the struggle and sacrifices rendered by Sheikh Abdul Hamid and other Suhada I Aali Kadal, JKLF leaders said that these sacrifices are a glorious page of our history and no Kashmiri can ever forget these gallant sacrifices. JKLF leaders said that the history of sacrifices started by JKLF martyrs is continuing without break and even today we are witnessing the sacrifices of our young and old who are spilling their blood for the righteous cause. JKLF leaders said that as custodians of these sacrifices it is our duty to safeguard them and continue the sacred struggle for freedom started by great martyrs till the achievement of the cherished goal (KNO)
