Militant outfit Hizbul Muhadeen Thursday said that the lives of incarcerated Kashmiri leaders including Shabir Ahmed Shah are being put at risk and it is the responsibility of world community and international human rights organizations to take immediate notice of it. As per a statement issued to news agency CNS, Hizb spokesperson Salim Hashmi quoting outfit Chief Syed Salahuddin as having said that despite the directions from Indian court Shabir Ahmed Shah was shifted to Tihar Jail without any medical aid. “The doctors at Safdar Hospital had also warned that Shabir Shah is not healthy and he needs immediate surgery. Under a well planned conspiracy he was shifted to Tihar Jail where he and other political prisoners including Altaf Ahmed Shah, Pir Saifullah, Ayaz Akbar, Raja Mohiuddin, Shahid-ul-Islam, Farooq Ahmed Dar, Nayeema Ahmed Khan are at high risk,” Salhuddin said while addressing a Command Council meeting. He said the slapping of Public Safety Act on Masrat Aalam and Asiya Andrabi depicts the frustration of India and it also shows how India is trampling the orders of their own judiciary. “We appeal world community to take note of human rights violations. It will have serious ramifications if Kashmiri leadership is harmed,” he said and paid tribute to the militants who were killed from past few weeks.
