Dhar said it was ridicilious that on one hand Central government rejected the demand of township for rehablitation of KPs in kashmir and on the other hand were showing interest in holding talks with the representatives of the community. Dhar said that only five minutes were allotted to the kp representatives for interaction with the Centrel intralocuter Mr. Dineshwar sharma.
