JAMMU & KASHMIR Teenager suffers bullet injury in clashes near encounter site | KNO REPRESENTATION PHOTO Published 333 weeks ago on November 30, 2017 By KashmirNewsObserver A teenager was critically injured after Government Forces allegedly fired upon stone throwers in Pakharpora are area of Central Kashmir's Budgam district. An encounter between Government Forces and militants is in progress at Futlipora village, three kilometres away from Pakharpora. Local sources said that an army part was moving towards encounter site when it came under attack from local youth who pelted stones. Locals added that Army resorted to firing resulting into the injuries of a teenager who according to hospital sources have received a bullet in his face. The wounded teenager has been identified as Sinar Bashir Mir (15), a resident of Pakharpora. The incident occurred near petrol pump Pakharpora. Meanwhile the gunfight is underway while Forces have sealed all the entry and exit routes.
