IGP greets people on Eid Milad-un-Nabi, visits Hazratbal, reviews arrangements | KNO

Srinagar, November 30 (KNO) : Inspector General of Police Shri Munir Ahmad Khan has greeted the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi. IGP Kashmir has hoped that this auspicious occasion guide us on the path of Peace, Goodwill & Harmony and would be a harbinger of progress and prosperity in the State. He has prayed for the well-being of the people of the Jammu and Kashmir on this occasion. IGP Shri Munir Ahmad Khan along with DIG CKR Shri Ghulam Hassan Bhat, SSP Srinagar, SP Hazratbal and other senior officers paid visit to Hazratbal shrine, today and chaired a meeting to review the arrangements in view of the Eid Milad Un Nabi and Friday following. The IGP directed senior officers to facilitate general public throughout this holy week and on his directions special police camp has been established at Hazratbal to help and facilitate the devotees (KNO)
