KISHTWAR , DEC 01 (KNO) : A residential house was gutted in fire in Hawal area of Kishtwar , falling under the jurisdiction of Chatroo Police station .As per police sources, a residential house belonging to one Bishroops s/o Ram Chand Thakar Khaangi R/ O Hawal Chatroo gutted due to fire.After getting information, police team led by SHO Chatroo rushed to the spot, but till then the house turned into ashes.However fire was taken under control by raising barricades of soil and stones and fire shall not be allowed to spread to the remaining 20 houses of the locality . No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the exact loss could not be ascertained yet.Kishtwar police has taken cognizance in this regard.(KNO)
