JAMMU & KASHMIR JRL Activists Protest Against Trump's Violation In Jerusalem | KNO Published 333 weeks ago on December 08, 2017 By KashmirNewsObserver In wake of protest call forwarded by Joint Resistance Leadership Joint Resistance, scores of people affiliated with Resistance Movement held protest against US decision recognizing disputed Jerusalem as capital of Israel. The protest was held in Maisuma locality located in the heart of the Kashmir capital Srinagar. The protesters were carrying placards and banners seeking revocation of US decision and intervention of International community. Meanwhile parts of old Srinagar city are reeling under restrictions. Restrictions have been put in place to stop possible protest marches. Joint Resistance Leadership comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq are under house arrest. No Friday prayers were allowed at historic Jamie Masjid here in Srinagar city.
