Independent lawmaker, Er Rasheed, is leading a protest march in Srinagar on Sunday against the “human rights violation” in Jammu and Kashmir. Rasheed represents Langate assembky segment in J&K Legislature. Reports said that Rasheed led dozens of his political workers and started protest demonstration from his official residence at Jawahar Nagar in Srinagar. “The workers of Rasheed have flags in their hands and are raising pro-Kashmir resolution slogans,” an eye witness said. “Plebiscite is our right,” Rasheed’s workers said. Whole world is observing international human rights day. The joint resistance leadership has called for a shutdown today while as pro-India legislator Rasheed took out the protest march.
