Major Muscle Gym’ gives reasons to smile to Bhaderwah Youth | KNO

Happy to see youth involving themselves in constructive activities: Amy Officers BHADERWAH,DEC 10 (KNO) : In a bid to promote physical activities among the youth and channelize their energies in constructive purpose rather than towards anti-social activities which also included drugs addiction , a state of art Gymnasium under the name ‘Major Muscle Gym’ was inaugurated at Eid gah road Bhaderwah , here today.The Gym is first of its kind in the area, which possesses almost all kinds of facilities required for weight training in various disciplines of sports.The gym has all the latest equipment that has been imported from Taiwan .The Gym is also providing other facilities like Sauna , Steam and Jacuzzi. The Gym is not only open for men but, for women as well.Speaking on the occasion, army officers said that sports serves for delight, ornament and for agility, adding that such kind of facilities are going a long way in boosting the morale of the sports persons and helping them to shape their careers in sports.Speaking on the occasion Army , CRPF officers , Station House Officer Muneer Khan and Dr Shaid Moghal Rtd Director Health Services said that he was happy to see the youth of the Bhaderwah involving themselves in constructive activities rather indulging themselves in anti social activities like drugs.The Gym will be run by an unemployed youth Sad Ali Moghal , who has the distinction of producing good number of body builders.He informed that monthly fees of per individual is Rs 100 and the gym has also hired the services of well qualified trainers who have worked in various Gold gyms outside the Jammu .“We have kept separate timings for men and women. Men can avail the services between 5-10 am in the morning and after 4-10 pm in the evening. In between from 10 am to 4 pm women can use the services of the gym,” Sad Ali Moghal further added. The gym is offering various packages at discounted prices for the first 100 applicants.(KNO)
