Srinagar, December 11 (KNO) : To pay homage to Martyr Fayaz Ahmad who was injured in an accidental fire in Kulgam, succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS Soura Hospital, today, a wreath laying ceremony was held at District Police Lines Awantipora.
SSP Awantipora Shri Mohammad Zahid led the police officers and jawans in laying floral wreaths on the mortal remains of the martyr.
Among others, DySP DAR Shri Shahzada Kabir Matoo Awantipora, SDPO Awantipora Shri Parwaiz Ahmad, DySP Pampora Shri Reyaz Ahmad, other officers and jawans were present during the ceremony.(KNO)
