MLC Bhaderwah Visits several areas directs early resumption of power supply, water supply | KNO

BHADERWAH,DEC 13 (KNO) : Member Legislative Council , Naresh Kumar Gupta today visited various parts of the Bhaderwah and reviewed the situation arising out of the snowfall .MLC directed local administration included officials of R&B and Municipal Committee for continuous and overnight snow clearance of all streets and link roads and specifically directed to keep the roads leading to hospital and health centres open so that patients don’t suffer during these days.He also sought complete synergy between various agencies on the ground dealing with snow clearance and other restoration works.He expressed his displeasure over the reports of traffic jams and skidding of vehicles in the Bhaderwah town during the day even when the snow had not accumulated so much and also directed early resumption of power supply besides ensuring uninterrupted drinking water and ration supply included gas and K.Oil .He urged upon local administration to keep snow clearance machines stationed at their places of operation till the respective road stretches are thrown open.(KNO)
