Workshop on Wildlife Photography at Media Complex Srinagar from Dec 15 | KNO

SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 13 (KNO) : The first ever workshop on 'Wildlife Photography' is being organized at Media Complex here from Friday. The three-day workshop is being organized by the Department of Information & Public Relations (DIPR) in collaboration with WWF-India and Department of Wildlife, J&K Govt. Internationally acclaimed photographers and resource persons are scheduled to tutor participants including media students, photojournalists, wildlife photographers and amateur photographers at the workshop from 15 December 2017 to 17 December 2017. The Workshop will also include Wildlife Expedition for the participants to Dachigam National Park. The event is also being supported by Valley Skill and Craft Development Institute, Kashmir (VSCDIK) and Gulshan Books in order to hold the photo exhibition along with some technical sessions. WWF- India, which is working in the field of the wildlife conservation, and the reduction of human impact on the environment, is facilitating the participation of noted professional wildlife photographers and environmentalists of the country as resource persons for the workshop. They will tutor the participants about the skills of Wildlife Photography.(KNO)
