CRPF football tournament concludes in Bhaderwah | KNO

BHADERWAH,DEC 12 (KNO) : Football tournament that was organized by Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) 33 battalion for the youths of Bhaderwah sub district concluded successfully here today . In a marvelous and colorful closing ceremony, Rajender Singh, ASP, Bhaderwah was the chief guest and also witnessed the final match between G.R. Azad FC V/S Tamanna FC amongst other dignitaries who attended the function at Govt Degree College, Ground, Bhaderwah. In the last match played between G.R. Azad FC V/S Tamanna FC and G. R. Azad FC won the match by 06 Goals. Rajender Singh, ASP, Bhaderwah distributed Certificates to all 144 players of 08 teams, honorarium for Referees, line man and other officials and also presented the Trophies, Medals and cash prize to the Winner & Runner up teams. A. Padma Kumar, Commandant 33 Bn CRPF addressed and highlight the social activities being done by CRPF in the area and said “As we know that every journey has its end and every path does stop somewhere and now, we have come to the end of that journey to celebrate all the success and accomplishment.“I am really delighted after hosting this under-14 football tournament for the youths of Bhaderwah , which showcased the best footballing talent and I made it my goal to better serve to people of Bhaderwah in my engagements with them. It is why CRPF organized the football tournament that has been such a huge success”.He also stated: “We are grateful to the participant whose performance and dedicated efforts have inspired and motivated us all. We hope that you will remember your experiences at the football tournament for the rest of yours lives. You have truly been so fantastic throughout the games and compete in friendship and utmost dedication.”Vivek Varma, IFS, DFO, Bhaderwah, Brijesh Kumar, SDPO, Bhaderwah, Sh. Mohammed Ashraf, BDO, Bhaderwah, P.S. Rathi, Asst. Comdt-76 Bn, CRPF, Masood Ahmed, Tehsildar, Bhaderwah, Major. Amerish Mohante, 4 RR, Captain Kanishk, 4 RR and many other senior officers and local personalities of Bhaderwah were present during the function. Neelam Kaninwal, Dy, Comdt and J.K. Mandal, Asst Comdt of 33 Bn CRPF were also present. The event was appreciated by all the dignitaries and local public. The event was concluded by J.K. Mandal Asst. Comdt of the Bn by giving the vote of thanks.(KNO)
