NYK organises Neighbourhood Youth Parliament in Bhaderwah | KNO

BHADERWAH,DEC 30 (KNO) : Nehru Yuva Kendra Doda Ministry of Youth affairs and Sports Govt. of India organised a Block Level Neighbourhood Youth Parliament under the supervision of Nissar Azad Distt Youth Co-ordinator Nehru Yuva Kendra Doda. More than 50 participants from youth club/Mahila Mandal participated. Rafia Bano organizer of the programme while speaking said the Block Level Neighbourhood Youth Parliament under the Central Sector Scheme named National Young Leader Programme (NYLP) is to be implemented by Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan throughout India.The main objective of this programme is to develop leadership qualities among the youth to enable them to realise their full potential to contribute to the nation building process.Different resource persons, NGOs delivered lecture on five components like Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, motivation for and facilitate construction of toilets under Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan, participation in Saansad Adarsh Gram Youjana and Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Abhyaan.Tehsildar Bhaderwah Masood Ahmed Rangraz who was the Chief Guest on the occasion encouraged the youth, to participate in such programme. He also praised the representative of NYK for uplifit of communities and betterment of economically weaker sections of the society for such kind of programme in Bhaderwah .On the occasion CDPO Bhaderwah Nasreen Begum , In charge Superintendent ITI Bhaderwah Mohd Saleem , NYK volunteers Sudhir Kumar , Anjali , Melan Shapoo , Syka Nasreen and other were also present on the occasion .Meanwhile NYK Doda in collaboration with Pankaj youth club also organised a youth parliament in Kastigarh block of Doda in which all volunteers participated .(KNO)
