PHE Workers took out a rally in Bhaderwah hails Govt’s decision of regularization | KNO

BHADERWAH,JAN 01 (KNO) : All J&K PHE ITI Trained workers Association welcomed the historical step of collation government to regularize 60,000 daily wagers and other employees of the state.PHE daily wagers took a victory rally in the premises of PHE office Bhaderwah sub district on the direction of Rajinder Singh Taj provincial president and shouted pro Mehbooba and government slogans and said all previous governments only exploited the workers for their self interest but present government took bold decision. Speaking on the occasion Mohd Sajad Ganai provincial general secretary of the association said the decision of govt for regularisation of all daily wagers engaged after 1994 till date is highly appreciated and termed the decision a well come step in which about one lac temporary employee are to be regularised very soon. Ganai said that he on the behalf of PHE ITI trained workers association welcomes this historical step of government. He said that it is after their long struggle that government finally agreed and issued a formal SRO for the regularization of daily wagers and other employees.He welcomes SRO 520 issued by the government in favor of daily wagers but demands for amendment in SRO to include other benefits like DA,MA,KRA at par with other regular employees.PHE workers also hailed employee friendly approach of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti , Dy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh , PHE Minister Sham Chowdhary ,Chief secretary shri B. B. Viyas and Principle secretary to finance shri. Naveen Choudry . President Bhaderwah unit Anayat Khan , Ashok Kumar general secretary , district secretray Shezad Khan , Suresh Kumar , Somi Raj , Sushil Kumar , Imtyaz Hussain , Fareed Ahmed ,Gayasoo Din and other also spoke on the occasion .(KNO)
