Srinagar 08 January 2017 : (KNO)Martyr Sajad Ahmad Kenoo was one of pioneers of present struggle for freedom. Martyrs like him are our real heroes and their sacrifices will never be forgotten. This was stated by the chairman of Jammu Kashmir liberation front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik while addressing a memorial meeting held to recall the sacrifices of martyr Sajad Ahmad Kenoo. Terming Sajad Shaheed as a humble person, dedicated warrior, prolific leader and a brilliant human being, Yasin Malik said that he was one of the faces of Kashmiri resistance who till his last breath stood upright for the cause of freedom and sacrificed his life while striving for it. JKLF chairman said that the sacrifices of heroes like Martyr Sajad Ahmad Kenoo can never be forgotten and today when we remember his sacrifices and struggle, we pledge to take his mission forward with passion and zeal. Chairman JKLF has expressed heartfelt grief over the sad demise of sister of APHC leader Ghulam Nabi Sumji. JKLF chairman along with a delegation visited Sumji family and expressed condolence to them. JKLF has also expressed condolences at the sad demise of Abdul Aziz Ganaie of Mazhama Beerwah who breathed his last yesterday. Deceased was the father of martyr Abdul Jabbar @ Amjad Khan. JKLF organizer Siraj-ud-din Mir along with a delegation visited the bereaved family and prayed for the heavenly abode of the deceased. While addressing the condolence meeting, Siraj ud din Mir paid rich tributes to the deceased. JKLF has also expressed condolences at the sad demise of sister of martyr Resistance leader Sheikh Abdul Aziz. While praying for her heavenly abode, JKLF has also prayed for her bereaved family.(KNO)
