JAMMU & KASHMIR Army Vehicle Hits Civilian in Qazigund | KNO REPRESENTATION PHOTO Published 327 weeks ago on January 09, 2018 By KashmirNewsObserver The National Highway from Srinagar to Jammu has been blocked near Vessu area in Qazigund on Tuesday afternoon after Army vehicle hit a civilian in the area. Initial reports suggest that the civilian is a resident of Muniwar area in Khanabal of Islamabad District in South Kashmir. Reports said that the man whose identity is yet to be confirmed died on the spot after being hit by the army vehicle. As soon as the news spread in his native, the locals came out protesting against the army and also raised pro Freedom slogans. Local sources told that the youth pelted stones on the Troopers deployed in the area. Details Emerging.
