"As per the survey conducted by National Institute of Wind Energy (NIWE), so far only one site at Bidda area of Reasi district in the Jammu and Kashmir state has been found to have wind energy potential," minister in-charge science and technology said while replying to a written question by a legislator in lower house of the assembly.
