National Lok Adalat to be held on February 10th | KNO

JAMMU, JANUARY 19 (KNO) : A National Lok Adalat will be held on February 10th and Pre-Lok Adalat Sessions will be held from 27 January to 09 February 2018 at District Court Complex, Janipur, Jammu. In this regard, all the concerned including Advocates, Government Departments, Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions, Banks, Litigants who are desirous of getting their Pre-litigation and Post —litigation/ Pending Cases settled before the National Lok Adalat through reconciliation/ Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) are asked to furnish the particulars of their cases in the office of the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Jammu on or before 26 January 2018, so that the cases can be listed in the ensuing National Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on 10 February 2018.(KNO)
