State General Secretry of Pradesh Congress Committee and MLA Bandipora Usman Majid here on today said that Back-Door appointments have become a trend in the PDP-BJP Government and the to benefit their relatives. Majid alleged that for the last consecutive two years Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited has been made a hub of backdoor and illegal appointments by the PDP in the garb of being an autonomous organization. Majid demanded probe into alleged illegal backdoor appointments made by ministers by ignoring the deserving candidates. J&K Bank has become rehabilitation Centre for PDP Leaders by way of backdoor appointments and easy loan, thus looting public property Usman said. He said on the recommendations and at the behest of PDP leaders a good number of persons have been illegally appointed in the said bank without following the requisite recruitment procedures or advertising the posts. Backdoor appointments have been going on and the deserving educated unemployed youth of J&K are not getting any job. Various people have been appointed in through illegal means in JKBank & other departments also Majid said. Majid said that most deserving and qualified have been ignored and left out as no opportunity was provided to them to compete. Majid said that MehboobaMufti led Govt has failed to take any stringent or deterrent measures to curb the menace of corruption, nepotism and favoritism in the State. Majid Cautioused that Nobody can be allowed to play with the future of educated unemployed youth of Jammu & Kashmir.
