"Govt should give a patient hearing to their genuine demands and take some fruitful measures so that this long strike comes to an end",Dr Naik said. "It is pertinent to mention that the regular staff is overburdened, overstretched and exhausted beyond their working capacity and if it continues like that day is not far off when the whole health system will collapse",he further said.
