Amar Singh College Srinagar organizes, Seven days National Workshop | KNO

SRINAGAR, JANUARY 28 (KNO) : Nodal Principal, Amar Singh College Srinagar, Prof.(Dr.) Yasmeen Ashai while highlighting importance of faculty development today said that technology in today’s world is extremely important in day to day’s work and all the concerned should make efforts to educate masses about the significance of modern technology. Prof.Ashai was addressing an inaugural session of “National Faculty Development Programme on the Internet of Things-Application”.The workshop has been organised in collaboration with EDC:IIT Roorki. Mr. Sanjeev Kuhad of EDC:IIT Roorki was the Resource person on the occasion. Vice Chancellor, Cluster University Srinagar Prof.Javid Ahmad was the Chief Guest on the occasion, while as Prof. M.A.Baba was Guest of Honour. Faculty of Amar Singh College attended the inaugural event and Dr. Muheet Ahmad Bhat, Scientist, Computer Science Department University of Kashmir delivered a lecture on the inaugural session. He was also Resource Person for the event. Organizing Secretary,Dr. Syed Mutahhar Auqib, Assistant Professor Computer Science conducted the proceedings. Vote of thanks was presented by Dr. Hamidullah Wani, Assistant Professor Geology.(KNO)
