Shabir Shah's wife Dr Bilkis Talking to Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said that, The game was already fixed. No body there in the court was expecting me to be there and when I introduced myself every one was somehow amused.Everybody in the court room was saying that Aslam Wani's bail hearing is on 12th April in High Court so Shah Shah;s bail plea will be postponed till then without any arguments. I told my lawyer in the court room only that how are we concerned with Aslam Wani. He is just a co accused in the case. Why should Shabir Shah suffer again bcoz of him. Then Judge left the court room for some time as usual. Till the time ED lawyer said i am not ready with the reply for which they had already taken more than two weeks citing the reason that we have to get the reply from higher ups. So he wanted the case to be postponed till 1st February. In the mean time judge was conveyed all this in his room only and the person came out saying judge is saying to fix the case for 31st January. Finally the judge did not came out as usual as per his past practice The lawyer told me the case is fixed for 31st . I can only say that these are all delaying tactics just to prolong the illegal detention of Shah Sb. Till date neither he is being provided any medical relief nor any court order is honoured by Tihar jail and there by endangering my husbands life more day by day. Every time the case is not even argued and they give us long dates of 2 months duration and once the date comes the case is postponed for no reasons. In last hearing of the case which was 10 days back where I appealed to judge through an application about Shah Sb's ill health the jail authorities were ordered to submit the health status report of Shah but till date nothing has been done so for. It was also a total eyewash. Till date not even a single court order has been honoured by the septet Tihar jail (KNO)
