JAMMU & KASHMIR Today bail plea of Shabir Shah was heard in the court of Sidharth Sharma | KNO Published 324 weeks ago on January 31, 2018 By KashmirNewsObserver The lawyer MS khan argued for granting bail to Shabir Shah pleading that Shah is no way connected/ linked with accused Aslam wani. Moreover MS Khan said had Shabir Shah been involved in terror funding/ funding to stone pelters ,the NIA being the prime investigating agency, it has no where mentioned Shabir Shah in there 12700 page charge sheet. ED lawyer had nothing to say in their defence except that if Shabir Shah is released on bail he might influence the witnesses, on which the Lawer MS Khan said that all the witnesses in the case are from Delhi police and ED Office so how can they be influenced. This was the total argument rest the judge said that he will go through the case. The court was adjourned till 4pm. Finally at 4pm the Bail was dismissed. Order copy to be given by tomorrow.
