Interactive meeting with lawyers held in Kulgam : Police | KNO

Srinagar, February 02 (KNO) : A meeting cum discussion session between Police officers of district Kulgam and prominent lawyers was held at district Police office Kulgam to discuss the crime scenario and to elicit the suggestions to improve the bonhomie between police and lawyer community. Prominent lawyers which include president BAR association Kulgam advocate Tahir Ahmed and Police officers of district Kulgam took part in the discussion. Main focus of the discussion was to ensure justice delivery system and professional ethics. It has been unanimously agreed that all the people who are working in criminal justice system shall work within professional ambit. The aim of the meeting was purely in the interest of general public. It has been agreed that such meetings will be conducted in the future also.(KNO)
