Srinagar  (KNO) : The Kashmir Economic Alliance (KEA) , Chairperson, Mr Haji Muhammad Yasin Khan has condemned what he said “venomous statement of Speaker of Jammu and Kashmir Assembly against the Rohingya Muslims given refugee in Jammu.” Khan, who also heads the Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation (KTMF) said it was unfortunate that the speaker of the lawmakers was speaking “Hindutva agenda when Muslims are nowhere at fault.” “Rohingya Muslims are being pushed to witch-hunting only because there seems to be conspiracy against the Muslims.FILE PHOTO | KNO

The same is happening in Sambha where people from the Muslim community are being unduly targeted. Such developments are alarming,” Khan said. Khan said such developments seem to be part of the “unfulfilled conspiracy as hatched against the Muslims of this state in 1947.” “If such conspiracies continue to endanger the secular fabric of this state, then we may also have to reconsider our decisions.” Khan appealed Prime Minister of India , Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and Home Minister India to look into the matter.
