PCPG meetings held in Srinagar, Handwara | KNO

Srinagar, February 19 (KNO) : With an aim to strengthen relations with pubic, Jammu and Kashmir Police has organized two police community partnership group meetings in Srinagar and Handwara. In Srinagar, the meeting was chaired by SHO Nishat at Police Station Nishat while in Handwara, the meeting was chaired by In-charge Police Post Langate Shri John Mohammad at Police Post Langate.

PCPG members of these areas participated in these meetings, besides, respectable citizens of nearby areas also joined the meeting. Various issues of public importance like eradicating menace of drug peddling/addiction and some other issues related to civil administration were raised. Referring to these issues highlighted by the participants, the chairing officers assured the participants that these problems will be solved in shortest possible time and the rest will be taken up with the civil administration for their redressal on priority basis.(KNO)
