Srinagar, Fab 20 (KNO) : Muslim Conference (MC) Chief Professor Abdul Gani Bhat asked people of Kashmir to speak in one voice and let the entire world know that Kashmiris’ want purposeful peace to live a fuller life not peace in graveyards and Kashmiri’s are no Chattel to be driven anywhere powers around choose us to drive.
Muslim Conference (MC) Chief Professor Abdul Gani Bhat was spoking to different gatherings of people at Tangpora Sumbal, Achabal Rafiabad and Tarzuwa Sopore where people heard him with patience and purpose. He actually was on way to condole personally death of certain people at different places in north Kashmir.
Prof. Bhat emphasized people to speak in one voice and let the entire world know that Kashmiris’ want purposeful peace to live a fuller life not peace in graveyards adding that Kashmiri’s are no Chattel to be driven anywhere powers around choose us to drive he said. Mentioning about the pain and sufferings people have rendered during past two and half decades Prof. Bhat said that Kashmiris’ are a self respecting community and know art of asserting as and when required.
Advising the audiences at Tangpora Sumbal, Achabal Rafiabad and Tarzuwa Sopore Prof Bhat Said that people has to rise above organizational interests or for that matter religious divergences and impress up on the leadership across subcontinent to hear the beat of kashmiris’ hearts and address the Kashmir issue for ensuring stability of the region as a whole and said while adding that ‘ we can’t afford a luxury of brooding over and not hatching, now is the time India and Pakistan realize that it is in the dialogue that we should seek solution to the problem.
Expecting that it is as a matter of fact the dialogue –– a purposeful, productive dialogue that will rid all of us –– of emotionalism bordering in sanity said Prof. Bhat (KNO)
