Er. Rasheed ends his day long fast | KNO

After reaching agreement with administration

Handwara 21 Feb (KNO) : Er. Rasheed this evening ended his day long fast after reaching an agreement with the administration regarding detunes booked under PSA.

In this regard a consensus was reached after deliberations between administration headed by ADC Handwara and Er. Rasheed at Police Station Handwara. Administration agreed to release few of the detunes and it was also agreed that administration will recommend for revoking PSA of few others.

It is worth to mention that after being denied permission for hunger strike outside DC Office Kupwara, he was lodged at Police Station Handwara where he had started indefinite fast.(KNO)
