"Passport service centre was recently announced by Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti for Baramulla in her tweet, protesters said adding that while ignoring CM's directions Superintendent of Post Office Baramulla Vijay Chowdary has recommended Bandipora post office for the service without taking residents of Baramulla into confidence.
