Shopian , February 23 (KNO) : Today Shopian Police arrested a notorious drug peddler near Court complex shopian. On a specific information a naka was established near court complex shopian and Ashiq Hussain Malik S/o Ab Gani Malik R/o Paulpora was arrested when charas powder weighing 1.4 kg was recovered from his Santro Car bearing registration No JK03C 3422.
A case FIR No 45/2018 u/s 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station Shopian and investigation taken up. Public of Shopian particularly elders have appreciated this action and have thanked Shopian Police.(KNO)
