With all guns blazing, National Conference spokesperson Junaid Azim Mattu‏ has completely taken on ruling People’s democratic Party claiming that he is in possession of a telephonic conversation that implicates the brother of Chief Minister Tasaduq Mufti and a blue eyed businessman.

Matoo on his twitter handle has promised that he will make the conversation public and has sought even response from ruling political party. Ever since the name of the son of PDP leader Sartaj Madni surfaced in KVIB scam, Matoo is busy in tweeting with all guns blazing against PDP. His recent tweets are all targeting ruling PDP. “They can withdraw my security for all I care. I don't give a damn. The recorded telephone conversation implicating Tassaduq Mufti and a blue eyed businessman will go public immediately after the @jkpdp response even if it goes out from my grave ;)” Matoo tweeted. In another tweet, Matoo claims:

“There is a recorded telephone conversation of a very senior current bureaucrat DIRECTLY IMPLICATING the CM's brother in a multi-crore scam. I want PDP to "respond" tomorrow and then I will upload it here. That's a promise.” Without naming incumbent Finance Minister Dr Haseeb Drabu, Junaid Azim Mattu‏ has questioned:

“How many PDP workers, kith and kin have been employed at 19 JK Bank branches arbitrarily without even a pretence of a process at the behest of the Finance Minister and leaders of @jkpdp? Were these appointments made on explicit, brazen directives?” With regard to alleged KVIB scam, Matoo tweeted:

“The KVIB VC's response is adding insult to injury. Asking the "exam agency" to make merit list public is a joke. The private firm is itself involved in this quid-pro-quo issue. Were papers leaked to PDP kin? NOTHING short of a court monitored Judicial Probe is acceptable!” Matoo has also tweeted about an unknown PDP Cabinet Minister claiming that a businessman paid his hotel bill up to tune of Rs 10 lakh in Indian capital New Delhi.

“Was a bill of more than 10 lakhs for a @jkpdp Cabinet Minister in a hotel cleared by a businessman from Kashmir? What was the quid pro quo? Will PDP deny the existence of the bill and the documents listing the details of the payment?” He further elaborates: “Was the bill of a @jkpdp Cabinet Minister at a luxury optical store in Khan Market, Delhi cleared by a businessman from Kashmir earlier this month? Was the quid pro quo in terms of a polic decision benefiting a business group?” In another tweet, Junaid Azim Mattu‏ training guns on PDP questions

“Was a Lowest Bid tender in the Hi-Density Apple scheme called to the CM @MehboobaMufti's office/residence asking him to withdraw his tender so a blue-eyed businessman close to PDP could get the tender? When he denied was he disqualified @jkpdp?”
