Police Public meeting held at police station Larnoo Kokernag | KNO

Srinagar, March 06 (KNO) : With an aim to strengthen the bond between the Police and civil society and to establish first hand contact with masses, a police public meeting was held at Police station Larnoo The meeting was chaired by SHO Police Station Larnoo Shri Bashir Ahmad and was attended by a number of respectable citizens, members of Auqaf committee, Taxi/ Sumo Union and business fraternity of the adjacent areas.

The participants highlighted various issues pertaining to public importance like safe and clean drinking water supplies, electricity, roads and the eradication of drug menace. While referring to the issues raised by the participants SHO Larnoo assured them that the issues pertaining to police will be redressed as soon as possible, while as the issues pertaining to other departments and civil administration will be taken with concerned authority for their redressal on priority.

The participants assured full co-operation to police in fighting social crimes. The meeting concluded with the vote of thanks.(KNO)
