Srinagar (KNO) : Old Aged Man killed in Delina Baramulla district of North Kashmir when a police vehcile hit him. Old man identified as Abdul Aziz Ahanger resident of Ratherpora Delina area of Baramulla.
As per Officials they said that there was stone pelting in the market, however to disperse stone throwers a police vehicle hit with old aged man and killed him on spot.
Police Driver arrested and Vehicle Seized Case FIR No 39 /2018 under section 304 A was registered against Driver Constable Abdul Ahad 2757/B who was arrested and police vehicle in question was seized.
Further investigation into the matter is going on.
