Valleys Leading Telecom Companies Irks Subscribers of Karan Nagar Srinagar | KNO

Srinagar  (KNO) : The Subscribers of the valley’s leading telecommunication company Jio and Airtel irks the users of Karan Nagar Srinagar complain about the erratic poor internet services.

The users of said networks from Chotta Bazar,Kani Kadal Guru Bazar, Karan Nagar and its adjoining areas told (KNO) that they are facing many problems due to the poor services offered by the said telecom companies. They said that we are facing tremendous hardships due to the poor network of Jio and Airtel companies here. Both Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers facing the connectivity problems.

One local resident namely Nazir Ahmad told (KNO) that I am a regular user of 4G internet and my work is completely dependent on internet I pay Rs 599 every month for availability of internet, but its poor connectivity has annoyed us since from last one month said Nazir Ahmad. We have approached to the concerned Bharti Airtel Officials in this regard but to no avail. Junaid Bhat a local student also said to (KNO) that with the poor internet of jio telecom company is very became irritating day by day.

He also added that the authorities are acting as mute spector with taking no action in this regard as we have approached to the concerned telecom officials many times and we also contacted on calls with J&K zone head many times he assured that very soon o our technical team will look into the matter and very soon it will be resolved but its very unfortunate till now we are sailing in the same boat. Inhabitants later appealed the higher officials of the cellular companies redress their genuine grievances as soon as possible
