BHADERWAH , MAR 22 (KNO) : A 25-year-old transporter today committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance in Havelli Mohalla area of Bhaderwah where lived at a rented accommodation .
According to SSP Doda Mohd Shabir , a man identified as Neeraj Kumar resident of Doda , allegedly consumed some poisonous substance this morning at his rented residence at Bhaderwah .The family members and Police shifted him to Sub District Hospital, Bhaderwah , but man expired before the treatment.After completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
It seems a case of suicide, since empty bottle of poison was lying near the body," said SSP Doda . A case in this connection was registered at police station Bhadewrah and inquest proceedings initiated under 174 CrPC. (KNO)
