NEPHEW BEATS HIS OWN UNCLE TO DEATH IN RAFIABAD, TWO BOOKED FOR MURDER | KNO

A man who was injured two days back in a scuffle over Land dispute in North kashmirs Rafiabad died at Skims Soura on Sunday.

The tragic incident occurred in Ladu-Ladoora village of Rafiabad when the deceased Raja Sher Ahmad Khan was on way to his ancestral land. Pertinently , The said person got injured badly when the spat between him and his nephew took an ugly turn following a dispute over their ancestral land.

"His nephew namely Raja Nisar Khan alias Afsar Raaj with his family members asked the deceased to stay away from land soon a fight ensued in which the deceased got badly injured and we shifted him to Skims Soura for treatment where he scummbed today" told locals of the area while talking to Kashmir News Bureau.

"We are not able to understand how a nephew and his family members can club their own uncle to death over a land dispute for us everything has been destroyed now as his nephew always wanted to usurp our land. "

While talking to correspondent SHO Panzlla Mr Dilraj Singh said that we have booked two persons for murder in this regard and have lodged FIR u/s 302 in this regard and further investigations have been taken up.
