Hurriyat (G) delegation sympathises with family of slain militant | KNO

Srinagar, march 27 (KNO) ; On the directions of Syed Ali Geelani a high-level delegation comprising of G A Gulzar, Bilal Sidiqee, Sheikh Musaib, Molvi Bashir Irfani & Gh Mustafa Wani, visited the grieved family of Shaheed Shafat Wani in Wagoora Baramula and while addressing mourners conveyed condolence message of Syed Ali Geelani, the spokesman added.

Paying tributes to slain youth, they said the sacrifices of martyred youth are the most precious assets of ongoing resistance struggle. Recalling the sacrifices of these martyrs, the leaders added that six lakh souls have sacrificed their precious lives to nourish sacred cause of freedom, saying these martyrs sacrificed their today for our tomorrow. While pledging to carry their mission to its logical end, they said that resistance leadership and whole nation shares the grief and extended their sympathies and condolences with grieved family. Hurriyat in its statement condemned the forces for their brute behaviour and use of force against innocent civilians, saying that Indian authorities’ insensitivity is the sole reason for this unabated bloodshed.

Meanwhile Hurriyat general secretary Gh Nabi Sumji visited Bone & Joint Hospital in Srinagar and enquired about wellbeing of Sumera, injured in Arizal gunfight.(KNO)
