Langate 08 April (KNO) : Accusing BJP of enjoying sufferings of Kashmiris, AIP Supremo and MLA Langate Er. Rasheed has said that Kashmiris have never begged for talks as New Delhi has never been sincere in resolving Kashmir dispute. While reacting to Dr. Nirmal Singh’s statement in which he had opposed dialogue with the separatists, Er. Rasheed said that from Nirmal Singh to PM Narinder Modi there is everybody confused and seem to be lacking will and resolve besides having no road map except giving forces a free hand to control Kashmiris at all costs.

Not only separatists but it’s own proxies have been left red faced and humiliated by New Delhi from time to time. While addressing public meetings at Nowgam and Haril in Langate today Er. Rasheed said “it looks so immature on part of Nirmal Singh by claiming that forces have controlled Kashmir.

Being student of history and holding the portfolio of Dy. Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh knows better the real reason why Kashmiris are pelting stones, joining militancy or raising anti-India slogans everywhere. His claim that forces have controlled the situation reveals yet again that New Delhi never intends to resolve the issue but wants to main the status-quo, for the reason it has nothing to defend on the table”. Er. Rasheed added that Kashmiris never begged for dialogue as they have been rendered disappointed by the fake dialogue processes of the part.

He said “It is New Delhi which has been knocking the doors of every Kashmiri especially pro-resistance leaders when Kashmiris take to streets. The shamelessness of the state gets exposed on all such occasions when New Delhi approaches people for dialogue, appoints interlocutors, constitutes Kashmir committees and deputes all party delegations to Kashmir, but once people are off the roads New Delhi forgets everything and even its own interlocutors and so called Kashmir committees”.

Er. Rasheed asked Nirmal Singh to be realistic and confess the fact that it is not only Kashmiris but huge majority of people in Jammu & Ladakh regions besides those living in Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan who have a deep desire to see Kashmir issue getting resolved in accordance with the commitments made at UN with the people of J&K.
