Retired police personnel meet held in Sopore | KNO

Srinagar, April 09 (KNO) : SSP Sopore Shri Harmeet Singh Mehta held darbar of retired Police Personnel of Police District Sopore. The aim of the event was to assess the problems being faced by the retired police officials and to take steps for their redressal.

About 50 to 70 retired police officials of Police District Sopore participated in the darbar. During darbar various issues were raised by retired police personnel. SSP Sopore gave patient hearing to their problems and assured them that their genuine demands/problems projected by them will be taken up to the appropriate level for their redressal in a time bound manner.

The proceedings of darbar ended with a high tea. SDPO Sopore Shri Mashkoor Zargar, DySP DAR Shri Ghulam Mohi-ud-din and other police officers were also present on the occasion.(KNO)
