10 April (KNO) : Senior Hurriyat leader and Chairman Islamic Political Party JK Mohammad Yousuf Naqash while castigating the shameful and disgusting role of Kuthwa lawyers in respect of 8 year old Asifa rape and murder case, has expressed serious concern over the communal polarization in the state.

It is unfortunate to see this case through religious prism. But the same has happened. As per the reports of crime branch the conspiracy of rape and murder was hatched with communally driven intention of forcing Gujjar community of Jammu who happen to be Muslim, to vacate the area. Rape and murder of any female girl or woman regardless of her religion is the most heinous and shameful crime and should to dealt with sternly. Kuthwa lawyers and all those rallying in support of perpetrators of heinous crime have shamed humanity.

For Allah sake we need to ponder over it .Don’t make it Muslim versus Hindu and Hindu versus Muslim. Today the victim was Muslim Asifa and tomorrow it can be of any other religious identity. We all need to rise above communal polarization as it is a dangerous trend if allowed or encouraged any way. Allah has created us as human beings regardless of our religious identities and it is our moral obligation to behave as human beings.
