Crime Branch arrests lady for playing acting as a fake bankar | KNO

Officials of Crime Branch, Jammu headed by SI Sunder Singh Manhas today arrested one Smt.Pinky Gupta alias Saroj w/o Sh. Shiv Pratab Gupta R/o Plot No. 48, Lane No. 9, Green Enclave, near J&K Board of School Education, Rehari Jammu, in case FIR No. 18/2015 U/s 420, 406, 120-B/RPC P/S Crime Branch, Jammu. The lady is involved in extortion of huge money from gullible people of Jammu city on the pretext of providing suitable interest rates against the money deposited with her. The said lady was at large after commission of Crime and was reportedly residing at Ahamadabad, Gujrat. Officers / Officials of Crime Branch Jammu developed inputs about her presence and laid a trap for her arrest from Jammu City today on 23-04-2018. During the course of investigation she has admitted having duped people of their hard earned money by way of deception.
