Two Bhaderwah roads sanctioned under NABARD | KNO

BHADERWAH,APR 24 (KNO) : In a significant development due to the efforts of MLA Bhaderwah Daleep Singh Parihar , the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has sanctioned Rs 298 crore for construction of link road Mathola to Tipri via Bhunder Bagg and also construction of link road katyar to kansar via Haddel cost 300 lac which will connect hundreds of villages of Bhaderwah.

Former governments of Congress and NC ignored many Bhaderwah villages But MLA Bhaderwah Daleep Singh Parihar took the initiative and manage the sanction of two important roads .The amount will be released to the state government in three annual instalments—1st instalment will be 30 percent of the loan amount, 2nd will be 40 percent and 3rd will be 30 percent ,Daleep Singh Parihar said .A senior official of Roads and Buildings department also stated that road projects sanctioned by the NABARD are recommended by the state government after consultation with MLA Bhaderwah Daleep Singh Parihar and on the requirements of local populace.

“Then the review committee vets them and forwards the proposal to the NABARD for final approval. This year we have received sanction for two roads in Bhaderwah ” he said.
