IUST firing : Students pelted Army party with rocks : SP Awantipora | KNO

SP Awantipora clarified Thursday that Students of IUST pelted an Army party with stones near the University. Earlier, gunshots were heard near the IUST creating panic and chaos. SP Awantipora Zahid Ahmad Malik told KR that an Army party was stoned near the University creating panic around.

Sources said that Army personnel resorted to aerial firing to disperse the Students creating chaos in the area. Pertinently, fierce firing shots were heard near the Islamic University of Science and Technology, (IUST) Awantipora in south Kashmir.
